1 DAY EXCURSION AT THE BAYANO LAKE

At the program: exploration of the caves with a local tour guides, kayaking at the canyon of the tiger river, and access to the cabin of the Tiger River.
Details:
Pick-up at your hotel in Panama City around 8am. After 1h30 ride, enjoy a 20min boat ride to start this beautiful day. Enjoy an amazing walk on the Bayano Caves to discover the beauty of the caves and its wildlife (crocodiles, bats, snakes…) Do not worry, it is a safe place and you will be accompany with a local certified guide.
We highly recommend wearing closed shoes and clothes that can be in the water. At some point, in the caves, you will have to pass on the water (going until the shoulders). You can bring your phone for pictures, but be very careful to not put it in the water. Feel free to ask at the reception if they have a plastic bag to secure it, if needed.
After this unforgettable walk, take place in the kayak at your disposal and follow the guide on the Tiger River. The landscapes are amazing!
Regarding the lever of the water, you may have the chance to go until the “natural swimming pool” of the Tiger River.
After the wonderful morning, enjoy a local lunch. Departure from the Bayano Lake at 3pm to get back to Panama City.
