Details
Day 1:
On arrival, your driver will meet you and take you to your hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires. You’ll then have free time to stroll through the streets of Buenos Aires and take in the unique atmosphere of Argentina’s famous capital.

Day 2:
City tour of Buenos Aires accompanied by an English-speaking driver and guide. You’ll discover the capital’s most emblematic landmarks, from the Presidential Palace to the colorful houses of La Boca and the famous Recoleta cemetery.

Day 3:
We propose an excursion to Tigre accompanied by an English-speaking guide. During this day, you’ll experience life as a real porteno. Aboard a small train, your first stop is Olivos, where you’ll visit the San Isidro district. Your second stop is in Tigre, where you’ll discover the Puerto de Frutas, a picturesque craft market.
You’ll board a lancha for 1 hour, during which time you’ll admire Tigre’s many typical stilt houses. From small, well-preserved family cabins to imposing colonial estates, there’s something for everyone. Lunch included. The guide will then take you back to your hotel.

Day 4:
You’ll fly to Puerto Iguazú, a small village at the gateway to the Iguazu Falls.
Take the opportunity to visit the small village and discover the Triple Frontier, a point marking the border between Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil.

Day 5:
It’s off for a full day accompanied by an English-speaking guide in the Iguazu Falls National Park, and prepare to be blown away by what you’re about to see.

Day 6:
We take the same ingredients and repeat them in Brazil this time. Don’t forget your passports, which you’ll need to get through customs. You’ll rediscover the falls from another point of view, in the middle of a tropical jungle rich in wild flora and fauna.

Day 7:
It’s off to Uruguay! Today we’re taking a plane to the capital: Montevideo.

Day 8:
You’ll visit the capital’s most emblematic landmarks, including the Legislative Palace, Avenida del 18 de Julio, Estadio Centenario and Parque del Prado. You’ll also walk along the famous Rambla along the coast.
Lunch at the Mercado del Puerto. A must for sampling local specialties. The menu includes a Brasero (gigantic barbecue) with different types of meat, potatoes and mixed salad, dessert and coffee. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 9:
Around 180 km from Montevideo lies the charming town of Colonia del Sacramento. We offer you a guided tour of the city with an English-speaking guide. A UNESCO World Heritage site, Colonia del Sacramento is an inviting place to stroll and relax.

Day 10:
Then head north along the banks of the Rio Uruguay. Stop off in the charming town of Carmelo. Known for its white sandy beaches, its tranquility and also its Bodegas. The Carmelo region is home to a number of renowned Bodegas not to be missed. We suggest a wine tasting and lunch at one of the most famous.
Continue along the rio to Fray Bentos. Visit the former industrial district of l’Anglo, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in July 2015. The “Frigorifico l’Anglo” was one of Uruguay’s main agri-food factories in the 20th century. It was here that corned beef was made.

Day 11:
On the road to Durazno, we invite you to discover the Talice Ecoparque: 75 hectares, subdivided into several areas transformed into a habitat where around 1400 animals of different species are distributed, coexisting in huge enclosures, lakes and reptilariums. The conservation of green spaces and the extreme care of the animals are a fundamental part of the prestige acquired by this Reserve, catalogued as the most distinguished in Uruguay.

Day 12:
Off to the Minas region. The region is characterized by a chain of small rolling hills. Discover its thick vegetation and native animals. Climb to the top of Cerro Artigas, where you’ll come face-to-face with the monument to Uruguayan general Artigas. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley.

Day 13:
Still in the department of Lavalleja, continue your tour of Uruguay’s rolling hills and head for Villa Serrana for the day. Take advantage of the calm and contact with nature to recharge your batteries.

Day 14:
You’ll head for the Atlantic coast, stopping off at Punta del Diablo. This delightful fishing village will seduce you with its peace and quiet. Enjoy its sumptuous beaches, ideal for surfers and nature lovers. Buy your fish directly from the fishermen as they return from their catch, for a taste like no other.

Day 15:
Just a few kilometers from Punta del Diablo, discover Santa Teresa National Park. It boasts over 3,000 hectares, a native animal reserve, a floral park and a magnificent fortress not to be missed. The park also overlooks the ocean, so take a stroll along its wild and magnificent beaches.

Day 16:
We invite you to take a break from the coast: Cabo Polonio. Cabo Polonio is a small ecological reserve on Uruguay’s Atlantic coast, where around fifty people live year-round. It’s one of the largest sea lion reserves in South America. Here, everyone lives at nature’s pace. Cars are not allowed, and everything is done to respect the ecosystem.

Day 17:
Punta del Este, discover the famous peninsula so popular with international tourists. We invite you to visit the city with a guide. The city offers a wide range of restaurants and activities for the whole family.
Take the opportunity to visit José Ignacio, a small fishing village even more select than Punta del Este, where all the Latin American Jet 7 gather in summer.

Day 18:
Direction the capital, Montevideo. We invite you to stop off at the pretty seaside resort of Piriápolis on the way. It boasts a magnificent seafront. In summer, it’s a popular family resort, so we invite you to stroll along its pretty rambla. If you feel like it, climb to the top of Cerro Antonio for a superb panoramic view of Piriápolis. You’ll drop off your rental car in Montevideo.

Day 19:
Finally, depending on your flight schedule, a driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Montevideo airport for your return flight.
