You will set off on a tuk-tuk ride, one of the means of transport used in the village. Along the way, local women sell regional produce, and depending on the season, you will find an abundance of mangoes, papayas, watermelons, avocados, and the famous red bananas. You will visit painting and sculpture workshops and meet the artists and artisans.

Day 4:

Early in the morning, you will drive along Lake Natron. This semi-arid environment is home to a wide variety of water birds and is the breeding and nesting ground for the lesser flamingo.

In the afternoon, you will go on your first safari in the Serengeti, ending at your accommodation.
Dinner and overnight stay in Serengeti.
Day 5:
After breakfast, enjoy another full day of safari in Serengeti National Park.
The oldest and most popular of Tanzania’s national parks, Serengeti National Park has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1978. Even when the wildebeest migration is over, it remains one of the most beautiful places to go on safari. The park is home to the highest density of plains wildlife in the world. Herds of buffalo, elephants, giraffes, elands, hartebeests, hartebeests, impalas, and gazelles can be seen, not to mention big cats (lions, leopards, cheetahs, etc.) and hyenas.
Picnic lunch during the safari.
This abundance of animals has generated a local economy based on ecotourism, and Tanzania has established protection policies and specific taxation for tourist activities.
At the end of the day, departure for your accommodation.
Dinner and overnight stay in Ndutu.
Day 6:
Breakfast at the lodge. Departure for Ngorongoro Crater.
This day will be devoted to exploring this famous crater, considered the 8th Wonder of the World.
The crater is a vast caldera with an internal diameter of 20 km. At its center, it is home to an incredibly rich fauna, perfectly protected by a 600-meter-high wall.
An exceptional moment: this is one of the only places in Tanzania where you can see the “Big Five”: elephant, lion, rhino, leopard, and buffalo.
Picnic lunch on the banks of Ngoitokitok Pond.
More than 500 species of birds, both resident and migratory, can be observed in the crater. Lake Magadi, with its brackish waters, is often frequented by flamingos. Hippos bask in the freshwater ponds while buffalo take mud baths.
Dinner and overnight stay in Karatu.
Day 7:
After breakfast, departure for the Tarangire region.
Day safari in Tarangire National Park, considered one of the country’s most beautiful wildlife refuges.
Covering an area of 2,850 km², it is renowned for its exceptional concentrations of animals between August and January. The park is home to species that are more difficult to locate and often found in other parks in northern Tanzania, such as the gerenuk, the lesser kudu, the beisa oryx, the eland, and the most sought-after antelope, the greater kudu.
Picnic lunch during the safari.
The park is crossed by a river that never dries up in certain places, the Tarangire River. This park has the highest concentration of baobab trees in the world, which dot the landscape. The numerous elephants carve the bark of these mythical trees to quench their thirst, as they are veritable water pumps.
In the early afternoon, departure for Arusha.
Dinner and overnight stay in Arusha.

Day 8:
After breakfast at the lodge, enjoy a free morning in the city of Arusha, to be arranged on site.
