Meet and greet at the airport upon arrival in Nairobi and transfer to your lodge.

Nairobi is the capital and largest city in the country, located in the Kenyan highlands at an altitude of over 1,600 meters. Nairobi will surprise anyone who takes the time to get to know it. A multifaceted city, Nairobi has harmoniously combined modernity, culture, tradition, and the environment. At the foot of the skyscrapers, you will find authentic traditional and cultural Africa.

The urban architecture skillfully blends modern and colonial-style buildings. The many green spaces will also remind you that Nairobi was founded in the heart of a wild natural environment.

Check-in at your lodge.

Dinner on your own and overnight at the lodge.

Night in Nairobi.

Day 2:

Breakfast at the lodge and drive to Masai Mara for part of the morning. You will be able to admire the Great Rift Valley from above and see your first animals on the road.

You will have lunch at Nyota Mara Lodge facing the hippo pool.

In the afternoon, you will enjoy a superb walking safari along the Mara River… you will get up close and personal with your first animals.

Night in Masai Mara.

Day 3:

Breakfast at the lodge and full day safari in the Masai Mara.

Located in southwestern Kenya, covering an area of nearly 1,700 km², the Masai Mara National Reserve is home to the highest concentration of wildlife in the country and features a wide variety of ecosystems: 1,700 km² of savannah, rugged mountains, and forests.

You may be lucky enough to see the “big five.”

Picnic lunches are included during the safari.

Over the years, the Masai Mara has become a favorite spot for large herds of herbivores, hundreds of bird species, and the largest lion population in Africa.

It is by far the most famous African park and the one most often featured on our television screens: The Lion King, Félins, Out of Africa, and National Geographic documentaries.

Night in Masai Mara. A night safari in a 4×4 is included that evening.

Day 4:

Breakfast at the lodge and visit to a Maasai village for a unique encounter.

The Maasai people live between Kenya and Tanzania, and you will have the chance to see them grazing along the trails with their herds.

You will visit an authentic boma and talk with the village chief about their traditions.

You will also visit a local school.

Feel free to bring A4 notebooks or pens.

Lunch by the lodge’s hippo pool.

Afternoon safari along the Mara River in the lodge’s concession until sunset to enjoy the beautiful African light. Sundowner aperitif!

Night in Masai Mara.

Day 5:

Breakfast at the lodge, final safari before leaving the lodge, and drive for part of the morning to Narok, where you can still see many animals in the plains of this region bordering the Masai Mara National Reserve.

You will have lunch during the day.

A lovely boat trip awaits us to discover the wildlife of the lake before reaching Crescent Island, where part of Out of Africa was filmed. Here we will have the opportunity to go on a walking safari and see the animals from a different angle and in their natural environment.

You will continue your day towards Nairobi for dinner at the famous CARNIVORE restaurant.

Drive to your hotel and check into your rooms.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6:

Breakfast at the lodge and drive to Amboseli National Park, approximately 4 hours.

Lunch at the lodge and start of the safari in the afternoon.

Amboseli National Park, located 250 km south of Nairobi in Masai territory, is one of the oldest parks in Kenya. There are also many Maasai communities in the vicinity of the park.

This park is known for its large herds of elephants and hippos thanks to its numerous swamps.

It is in this park that you can take the famous photo of herds of elephants passing in front of Africa’s most sublime peak: Mount Kilimanjaro.

Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Night in Amboseli.

Day 7:

Breakfast at the lodge and departure for a beautiful day of safari.

This park is located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, and it is from here that the snow-capped peak of the roof of Africa can be best seen. You can therefore discover magnificent savannah landscapes with the snow-capped peak as a backdrop.
